Claudia’s background in Ashtanga yoga gives her classes a dynamic edge. Designed to help you to increase both strength and flexibility yet balanced by mindfulness and attention to the breath, her classes are safe, fun and will leave you feeling calm, energised and uplifted. Each class will conclude with pranayama and meditation to cultivate a sense of inner peace and wellbeing. This class is suitable for all levels.
Claudia is a qualified and experienced yoga and pranayama teacher since 2007. A student of Sri K Patthabi Jois of Mysore and Sri O P Tiwari of Kaivalyadham, Claudia’s yoga lineage is aligned with the authentic yoga traditions of India. Claudia established and ran the Wellness Centre for Samahita Retreat, Thailand an internationally renowned yoga teacher training centre and resort from 2009-2012. Here she ran her popular yoga and wellness retreats and programs (detox, healthy weight, de-stress). Claudia is a regular guest teacher on a number of yoga teacher training programs and runs yoga and wellbeing retreats in Ibiza, Spain.
